Application For Membership - May be given to any of the Elders or Pastors. You will be contacted shortly after to schedule an interview with 2 or 3 of the Elders.

Check Request Form - Checks are normally cut on Tuesday's of each week.

Monies Recieved Form - Use this to turn in any monies collected from fundraisers, etc. Please turn over to a Deacon or the Church Office during business hours

Church Use Application - If there are no conflicts with your request you can refer to the Church calendar for confirmation of your Application. It may take up to a week to confirm with the Diaconate.

Facility Use Contract - Same as above

Sunday School Registration - If you are new to PPC and would like your children to attend Sunday School you may pre-register and bring the form in when you come.

Christian Education Handbook - If you are a volunteer in our Children's Ministry Programs, please download and fill out the appropriate forms and return to the church office.
