Note from Pastor Jason
May 7, 2021
Greetings Dear Providence Family,
This has been a week of JOY!
---We were able to open our Church Pavilion on Monday Evening for the Young Life Banquet---what a tremendous ministry! Continue to ask the LORD’S great mercy and strength for Dave & Kate Etling and their ongoing service to young souls.
---We were privileged to share space in the main building each day with Salisbury Christian School so that students could take care of AP Testing (how wonderful to give people a quiet area for their labors).
---We started National Teacher Appreciation Week on Monday---by providing an assortment of juices, wonderful creamers, and Dunkin Donuts bagels, donuts---and coffee---to ALL the staff @ Beaver Run (thanks for the extra effort and assistance of Deacon Matt Smith).
---We top the week off TODAY---with Lunch for all the staff at Beaver Run Elementary and the Wicomico Early Learning Center (lovingly prepared by Kevin & Tammi Griswold / pulled pork specialty with all the trimmings). All given in honor of National Teacher Appreciation Week. All given in Jesus’ Holy Name…
THANK You for being faithful stewards---So that our Church might share the JOY!
Grace and Peace in Jesus Our LORD,
Pastor Jason
And Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20: 35
